I can teach you to update your website yourself, and I strongly suggest you identify someone on your staff to "adopt" your organization's website. It's best if you have a couple of people who know how to operate your website. In addition, maintain a special binder that will be your web manual. Put everything pertinent into that manual... the log-in process, information about your server, printed manuals - even notes.  Keep it updated and in a central location.
